For your convenience we accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We provide the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, and request payment at the time service is rendered.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
If we are familiar with your dental insurance plan, and know how they pay, we will ask you for your portion at the time of service and then wait, for up to six weeks, for the dental insurance company to send us the remaining balance. If after six weeks the insurance company has not paid us we will ask you to pay the balance and wait to be reimbursed by your insurance company.
Otherwise, we ask for payment in full at the time of service and either your dental insurance company will reimburse you directly or, if we receive the dental insurance payment , we will endorse the check and mail it to you.
We also offer CitiHealth Card - a No Interest Payment Plan through CitiBank. This plan allows you to take up to six months to pay, interest free, or twelve months at a 5% fee. You can contact CitiBank by phone at 866-843-2330 or online at www.healthcard.citicards.com.
Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
